New Product Release: Buffalo Systems Explorer Shirt

Our team at Buffalo Systems HQ in Sheffield has been busy putting together the finishing touches on our latest product release for this winter which we are extremely proud to share with our community.

Ladies and Gentlemen …. we are proud to share with you – The Explorer Shirt.

The Explorer Shirt is made using Pertex Eco Fabric and marks a big step in our commitment to minimise our use of virgin raw materials during our production processes at the same time as reducing excess waste going to landfill.

The fabric is treated with a PFC Free Durable Water Repellant Finish. At Buffalo Systems we are working closely with our supply chain partners to ensure we are building the range in a responsible and sustainable manner by removing harmful chemicals in our production processes at every opportunity.

Our AqauTherm pile lining is a synthetic insulation which will retain thermal support to the wearer even when wet and dries rapidly leaving your feeling a greater level of comfort across a wide range of weather conditions.

 

 

 

 

 

Core Features of the Explorer Shirt include:

  • PFC Free Pertex made using 100% Recycled Yarns.
  • AquaTherm Pile Lining – Made using recycled fabrics.
  • Internal storm baffles on side and neck zip for additional comfort and protection
  • YKK Zips.
  • Hand warmer pocket with integrated tensioning strap for additional thermal control.
  • Zipped map pocket – Ease of access for gloves, goggles & snacks.
  • Eight ventilation controls – meaning you can always maintain a balanced microclimate on the inside of the garment while on the move.
  • Attachment point for DP Hood around the collar. The Hood can be removed when not in use.
