We want you to be completely satisfied with your Buffalo Systems purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, you can return it within
the guidelines outlined below.


Buffalo Systems Returns Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective:

Customised or made to order products

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards or promotional items


3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email info@buffalosystems.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Instructions: We will reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a returns form.

Package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent.

Post Your Return: Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please:

Return the original item for a refund

Place a new order for the replacement item


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

Contact us at info@buffalosystems.co.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of receiving the item).

Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.


6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.

We will email you once your refund has been issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
