Your warranty is valid with proof of purchase for the original owner only. 

Any garment damaged accidentally, through improper use, neglect or lack of care, or through normal wear and tear or the natural breaking down of materials which may result from extreme environmental conditions, are not covered in your warranty. 

We do have a repair service which may be able to repair your product for a fee.

We like to keep old Buffalo garments active rather than sell you a new product and send the old one to landfill.
