We currently ship to: All locations within the United Kingdom, most countries within the European Union, selected international destinations (including the USA, Canada, Australia, and others)

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:


Standard UK Shipping

2–5 business days

Free for orders over £150, or £4.99 for all order under £150.


EU Tracked Delivery

5–10 business days

£14.99


International Tracked

7–14 business days

£23.99

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or postal delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Free UK Standard Shipping is available for orders over £150

International shipping charges vary by destination


4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT are usually dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time.



6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.



7. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. For further assistance, contact us at info@buffalosystems.co.uk with your order number.



8. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. In the case of a missed delivery and return to sender, additional shipping fees may apply.
